If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, Knotch may also send style tips, product updates, special offers, and other promotional messages. Marketing message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent you from requesting essential transactional messages, such as sign-in verification codes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver and support our messaging services, but only as necessary to provide those services. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
